The Leaders Initiative (TLI) was founded on the premise that government is only as good as who is in it. Supported by Governors Hickenlooper, Owens and Ritter, TLI’s flagship Colorado Governors Fellowship Program was inspired by the belief that private sector executives can and need to contribute to solving the state’s most challenging issues while leading opportunities for growth and innovation.

The Colorado Governors Fellowship Program cultivates private and non-profit sector leaders to engage in the public sector with dynamism, innovation and experiences complimentary to traditional government leaders. Fellows are nominated to participate in an 8-month part-time public policy program in partnership with the Colorado Governor’s office, the University of Colorado Denver School of Public Affairs, the Colorado Business Roundtable and the Commons on Champa.

Today's Quarterly Forum is Tomorrow's Civico.

Exciting new changes are coming soon!

In 1999, Quarterly Forum (QF) was founded to provide a place for emerging executives to dream more, learn more, do more and become more while coordinating civic activities amongst its members.

Today, our mission is to educate, inspire and connect the next generation of community leaders from the public, private and social sectors who together will build new levels of leadership capacity for future generations.

And in 2019, big changes are coming. While our mission will remain the same, the future of the organization is more exciting than ever. Check back soon for updates and announcements.
