CRITERIA FOR MCKINSEY ACADEMY @ QF CANDIDATES
Candidates are nominated by QF members and partners. Candidates must receive endorsement from their direct supervisor.
- Role: Mid- to upper-level executives, with ability to directly apply leadership and management concepts
- Company: Leading middle-market company or nonprofit, with Colorado connections
- Potential: Emerging leader, with ability to take on greater leadership roles in the future
- Age: Preference given to executives ages 35+
- Community: Actively engaged in the community, through volunteerism or board service
Note: Candidates will be selected based on their merits and their ability to add to the diversity (including geography, company type, ethnicity, and gender) and contribution to richness of the cohort.
Each applicant must also submit a nomination letter from his/her CEO. The letter should outline why your CEO is nominating you to participate in the McKinsey Academy @ QF Program and why you are a strong candidate for the program. Please have him/her indicate how your experience will contribute to the cohort and how participating in this program will benefit the company.
If you are the CEO of your company or an independent professional, please ask one of your mentors or sponsors to submit a letter on your behalf.
The nomination letter can be submitted with the application (option to attach at the conclusion of the application).
