Quarterly Forum (QF) is the premier membership organization and community forum in Colorado. Established in 1999, QF is a community of influential, executive-level and emerging business, nonprofit and government leaders who are shaping the future of Colorado.  Members are dedicated to growing personally and making a significant impact on their communities.

QF Vanguard Members will serve as mentors for participants. Vanguard Members represent the very best of Colorado’s business, civic and art communities. One Vanguard Member, Steven Hochhauser, will serve as Program Chair, inviting other Vanguard Members to join him for the monthly Leadership Huddles.

PROGRAM CHAIR
STEVEN HOCHHAUSER

Steve has over 30 years of leadership experience for high performing multi-national corporations and privately held companies. He also has served as mentors to several emerging CEOs.

Steve currently serves as the Chairman of the Board for Vertellus Performance Chemicals and as an Executive Advisor Partner with WindPoint Partners. He previously served on the boards of Novolex and Argotec.

His past experiences include: Chairman, President and CEO of Berkshire Hathaway’s Johns Manville, a Denver based engineered materials and building products company, Sr. VP and President of two of Ingersoll Rands divisions, several key leadership positions with Honeywell International (formerly AlliedSignal).

Steve holds a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the State University of New York at Binghamton

Today, our mission is to educate, inspire and connect the next generation of community leaders from the public, private and social sectors who together will build new levels of leadership capacity for future generations.
