Quarterly Forum (QF) is proud to announce its partnership with The Leaders Initiative (TLI) and the launch of the Colorado Governors Fellowship Program. Motivated by the historically successful White House Fellows Program and Dr. Geoff Smart’s best-selling book,Leadocracy, the 8-month Fellowship Program educates business and nonprofit leaders in Colorado public policy while providing opportunities to collaborate with government leaders and policy makers. The goal of the program is to create a bench of talented executive leadership that can serve our state in a variety of public service roles in the future.

The inaugural class of 23 Fellows includes an elite group of executives and community leaders nominated by their peers and leaders and approved by Governor Hickenlooper.

“We are so thrilled with the level of interest in the Fellowship Program in its inaugural year,” states Meegan Moszynski, Executive Director of The Leaders Initiative. “We had strong demand for the program from many of the best organizations and executives in the state, and we are honored to provide this opportunity for these leaders to grow and give back in the future.”

Through educational sessions hosted by The Commons on Champa, lunches with the Governor, shadow sessions with state officials and dynamic conversations with renowned speakers, the Fellowship Program will prepare Fellows to contribute to solving the state’s most challenging issues while applying their private sector innovation and perspective. The Program culminates with a strategy session modeled after tech sector hackathons whereby Fellows will apply their newfound knowledge to a real-time policy challenge and present their findings to the Governor and senior administrative team.

“The Colorado Governors Fellowship Program is just part of a bigger initiative to celebrate the great leaders of our state and attract the very best talent to serve in the future,” said Governor Hickenlooper. “On behalf of Governors Owens and Ritter, we are very proud of this program and its potential.”

Fellows will be initiated into the program by Governors Hickenlooper, Owens and Ritter and other community and national leaders on Wednesday, June 29th at the Governor’s Residence at The Boettcher Mansion.

The Colorado Governors Fellowship Program is executed in partnership with the University of Denver School of Public Affairs and supported by the Colorado Business Roundtable.

Today's Quarterly Forum is Tomorrow's Civico.

Exciting new changes are coming soon!

In 1999, Quarterly Forum (QF) was founded to provide a place for emerging executives to dream more, learn more, do more and become more while coordinating civic activities amongst its members.

Today, our mission is to educate, inspire and connect the next generation of community leaders from the public, private and social sectors who together will build new levels of leadership capacity for future generations.

And in 2019, big changes are coming. While our mission will remain the same, the future of the organization is more exciting than ever. Check back soon for updates and announcements.
